\nPark jeep\u00a0safari\u00a0in the afternoon back to the hotel<\/p>\n

After Lunch leave for the safari to Yala National Park by jeeps.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yala National Park<\/strong> \u2013 is an important national park in the Southern Province of Sri Lanka.
\nThis popular reserve has more than 400 wild Asian Elephants, which are relatively easy to see in this open
\nhabitat. Yala also has a dozen or so Leopards, although seeing this largely nocturnal carnivore requires
\nconsiderable luck. There are good numbers of Crocodiles, Golden Jackals, Water Buffalo, and Grey Langurs
\namongst other large animals. The open parkland attracts birds of prey such as White-bellied Sea Eagle
\nCrested Serpent Eagle, Fish Eagle Booted eagle, Changeable Hawk Eagle, and the wetlands have waders
\nand Painted Storks. Land birds are in abundance, and include Indian Roller, Indian Peafowl, and Malabar
\nPied Hornbill.<\/p>\n
